Payment terms and method?
We require a 50% deposit with your order. 40% of the contract value prior to delivery of goods to site, and balance to be paid on completion of installation. We offer a variety of payment methods: cash, wire payments and cheques.*
Is there warranty available for our products?
We warranty all main Profile Vinyl and Aluminum for a period of 5 years for the colour stability, shape, retention strength and resistance from atmospheric materials providing the frames are regularly washed with a grit free soft cloth and mild soap and water.
Length of time to receive your Coral Window products?
Your Coral Windows or doors can be installed anywhere between 12-14* weeks from the date the final measurements are taken by our installation expert. With our products being individually made with top products from around the world; we work diligently to meet delivery dates and are used as a guide only. We are not liable for any unforeseen delays.
Can I purchase Coral Windows and install myself?
No, we do not sell windows to the public to install on your own or by another contractor. Coral Windows are manufactured here in Grand Bahama and only our Coral Windows installation experts can install for you.
How long is the installation process?
The type of windows or doors being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete.
Our installation experts would ensure the area is clear when new or replaced Coral Windows are being installed. Please take down any curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments that could be in the way of installation. Please provide a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation. Our install experts will also need access to a power supply.
Coral Windows are installed from both inside and the outside. We will need to have someone home or open up for the installation for inside home access. We install This is so we can insure the windows are installed correctly and efficiently.*
What happens to my old windows?
Coral Windows will remove your old windows and doors if any and dispose of them for you. Although great care is taken in the removal of the old windows, any damages to Sheetrock or external renderings will be made good. Coral Windows will not take responsibility for any broken tiles or repainting over repaired renderings or Sheetrock.
Do you ship to out islands?
If we can get to you, we can ship and install for you. Currently, the only island that we don't ship to is Nassau.
*Your Coral Windows and doors will continue to perform well if the simple routine care and maintenance instructions are followed. We do not cover damage or defects related to a failure to follow the instructions. Lead time for windows and doors can change according to volume of work and or delays in shipments.
